The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing relationships with vendors and brokers. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders. ## Key Accountabilities Assist the development and execution of all benefit programs.
