About the Role: We are seeking a People willing to assist wherever necessary Able to lift and carry boxes up to 20 lbs ATS experience a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Responsibilities: Support the People Team with interview scheduling and coordination for candidates and hires Support the CEO, CFO, CHRO with scheduling, travel arrangements and expenses Assist with onboarding new employees, including registering key cards and conducting day-one office tours Assist in gathering and documenting references for new hires Collaborate with the L including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
