What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience in HR MI, reporting, people analytics, or reward analytics, analytical skills with confidence working across large and complex datasets, A proven track record of building dashboards within HCM systems, Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or SSAS, Knowledge of reward programmes including pay, bonus, and equity schemes, A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner brilliantly across teams

Nice to Have

Experience with Dayforce or HCM implementations
