What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience, including roles like HR Generalist, HRBP, or People & Culture Manager, solid hands-on experience running HR processes end-to-end, Experience with any HRIS systems is essential

Nice to Have

ideally within a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment, German language skills are a advantage, hands-on experience working within a German-based company, preferably Personio, Familiarity with ATS systems (e. g. Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar) is a plus

What You'll Do.

Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across your assigned teams

day-to-day HR support and guidance on all people-related matters.

Owning and continuously improving core HR processes

and absence management – ensuring they run smoothly and consistently at scale.

Driving our Learning & Development agenda: identifying development needs

curating and coordinating training programmes

and supporting individual growth plans in partnership with managers.

Supporting compensation and benefits processes

including salary review cycles

and ensuring our offering remains competitive as we grow.

Contributing to employee engagement initiatives – pulse surveys

recognition programmes – and translating insights into actionable improvements.

Advising on and handling employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism

escalating where appropriate.

Maintaining accurate people data and HR systems

and producing regular reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborating on cross-functional P&C projects such as culture initiatives

organisational design support

and process automation.
