Must Have
7+ years of experience in HR, Proficiency in Cultural Design, Proficiency in Change Management, Proficiency in L&D, Proficiency in Internal Communication, Experience developed in scale-ups or corporations (600+ employees), Demonstrated ability to create engaging employee experiences, Demonstrated ability to foster a supportive work environment, Proven track record in defining training strategies, Proven track record in conducting workshops in both Italian and English, Ability to design and scale processes that drive excellence and deliver clear business value, Natural communicator, able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence C-suite leaders, Fluent in English, Fluent in Italian
