To support this growth, we are looking for an inspiring leader who will further shape our People & Culture agenda and help us build the future together. Your Role at a Glance As People & Culture Manager, you will be a member of the IKEA Delft Management Team. You will act as a strategic business partner while driving an inclusive, engaging, and development-focused work environment. You will help our co-workers and leaders grow, strengthen our unique IKEA culture, and ensure that people and business objectives go hand in hand. In doing so, you will contribute every day to a workplace where people feel welcome, can be themselves, and are empowered to perform at their best. What You Will Do * Lead and drive the People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft, ensuring successful execution * Translate the global People & Culture strategy into local initiatives that support our ambitions and business results * Partner with the Management Team on talent development, succession planning, and organizational development * Coach, inspire, and develop the People & Culture team * Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with the Works Council and labor unions * Foster a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment where well-being, engagement, and sustainable employability are central * Support leaders through change, growth, and the development of high-performing teams * Connect people, culture, and performance to deliver sustainable business results Who You Are You are an experienced People & Culture leader who is passionate
