Must Have
experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People / HR Business Partner role, Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, Experience supporting managers with performance management and employee relations matters, Solid communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, Good understanding of Bulgarian labor legislation, Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming would be considered an advantage
What You'll Do.
Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees
serving as a bridge between leadership and the People & Culture team across the Bulgaria office
Advise and support managers on performance management
and other people-related matters with professionalism
Support and coordinate annual performance review cycles
goal-setting processes
and ongoing feedback initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation across HRIS platforms and internal systems
Support core people operations processes on an as-needed basis
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
Support office operations and employee experience initiatives
