Serve as first point of contact for employees

Assist with planning employee events

Execute employee events

Manage Recognition Program

Create employee communications

Distribute employee communications

Maintain bulletin boards

Update Engage platform

Collaborate on initiatives to celebrate employees

Assist in recruitment process

Handle new hire paperwork

Manage background checks

Manage E-Verify processes

Schedule new hire first-day activities

Facilitate onboarding experience

Keep managers informed of reviews

Assist with benefits enrollment

Share benefit updates with employees

Enter employee records

Perform administrative duties

Maintain electronic records

Maintain physical records

Address employee inquiries

Uphold confidentiality

Maintain work environment
