Must Have

7+ years of total HR experience, Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, HR foundation across employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, HR operations, and people process execution, Execution-oriented partner, manager coach, Operationally strong, Good judgment under pressure, High integrity, fairness, and discretion, comfort with HR systems, reporting, and people data

Nice to Have

Master's degree or professional certification, such as CIPD accreditation

Drive day-to-day HR execution

Support performance management cycles

Provide guidance on team health

Support managers in addressing performance

Operationalize People & Culture programmes

Ensure processes are scalable

Triage and resolve employee relations issues

Maintain operational rigor

Track themes and ensure documentation
