Resolve employee queries end-to-end

Process lifecycle changes in HiBob
Draft and issue standard letters
Maintain and update letters
Run monthly HiBob audits
Identify ways to automate tasks
Document People Team processes
Support People Partners on ER cases
Build working knowledge of employment practices
Conduct exit interviews
Report on attrition trends
Pull headcount snapshots
Produce summary views
Support non-recurring projects
Manage onboarding logistics
Own recurring People ops routines

YOUR MISSION You will be joining Teya’s People Partnering team, supporting our Product and Engineering organisation. Our People Partners work closely with leaders to solve real business challenges, and you will keep the operational engine behind that work running smoothly, accurately, and at pace. You will touch every part of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, from routine data changes to employee relations support, with genuine room to grow in the direction your strengths and interests take you.
