Supporting People projects

Keeping systems running smoothly

Delivering seamless employee experience

Preparing onboarding paperwork

Running in-person induction

Preparing contractual changes documentation

Updating databases and trackers

Administering probationary review

Administering performance management programs

Managing leaver process

Conducting exit interviews

Supporting employee surveys

Becoming super user of People systems

Supporting MOOsters with questions

Running data imports and reports

Ensuring employee changes processed accurately

Ensuring pension auto-enrolment compliance

Ensuring Right to Work checks

Ensuring employee documentation compliance

Contributing to People Team projects

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with managers; Work closely with employees; Work with the wider People Team; Partner with the People ops team; Partner with finance

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Ability to build working relationships
