From onboarding new MOOsters to supporting People projects and keeping our systems running smoothly, you’ll be at the heart of how we support our teams.You won’t just maintain processes — you’ll actively look for ways to improve them. We’re looking for someone who spots opportunities, thinks creatively, and helps us continuously evolve how we work.You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and the wider People Team to deliver a seamless, thoughtful, and compliant experience across the employee lifecycle. ## The person we want We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely passionate about creating great employee experiences. ## Responsibilities Onboarding and Inductions: work closely with the People Operations Generalist on the onboarding experience for all New Starters in the UK. Preparing, issuing and filing all relevant paperwork and running the the in-person induction ensuring that new MOOsters feel connecte
