What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of HR, 1 year in a client facing HR role, Partnering directly with managers on performance management, coaching, and resolving sensitive employee relations issues, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate recommendations for action, Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fast paced, growing environment, preferably in a technology company or a large scale organization, Project management skills, with an ability to design and execute clear processes while successfully engaging peers and stakeholders to deliver work on schedule, Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and escalate recurring themes to key decision makers when needed

What You'll Do.

Advise front line managers on performance management

and employee relations

Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal teams

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Advise management on People policies and best practices

Partner with People Partners

and leaders on organizational strategy

Facilitate roll out of key People programs

Analyze and present on organizational health trends

Manage tracking and reporting of key people data

Ensure excellent employee experience through key life cycle stages

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with business leaders, managers, and employees; Collaborate closely with Employee Relations and Legal teams; Work with the Legal team and external consultants; Partner directly with People Partners, managers, and leaders; Engage peers and stakeholders

Communication Scope

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Process & Methodology

Design and execute clear processes, Deliver work on schedule
