Full Job Description

Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. We’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts. Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond. The Role: Hadrian is building the factory of the future — precision aerospace and defense components, made faster and more reliably than anyone thought possible. As we scale past 550 employees and deepen our DoD contract footprint, HR compliance is not overhead. It is how we protect our contracts, our people, and our ability to operate. This is Hadrian's first dedicated People Compliance Manager. You will serve as the company's internal subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all employment compliance matters — owning the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our compliance programs across federal contractor obligations, ITAR and export control, California employment law, and manufacturing safety. You'll operate cross-functionally with People leadership, Legal, and business leaders. What You’ll Do - Serve as Hadrian's recognized authority on People compliance — providing expert guidance and operating as an internal consultant to People leadership, business leaders, Legal, and cross-functional partners across the organization. - Buil
