Meet set SLAs and quality targets
Maintain reminders and notifications
Notify Process Specialist of issues
Execute quality checks
Keep quality statistics reporting up to date
Support local administration
Maintain employee files and information
Participate in team meetings
Participate in process analysis
Participate in improvement actions
