Role Summary The People Business Partner (PBP) — Field Operations serves as a trusted advisor to leaders in their region for Clinical, Laboratory, and Operations Support teams, partnering closely with the Manager, People Business Partner to execute people strategies that supports employee lifecycle, operational effectiveness, and business performance. This role acts as a hands-on partner to frontline and operational leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
