What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4 to 6 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner, People Business Partner, or similar role, Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into clear people actions, Knowledge of core HR topics, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, retention, and organizational development, Proven track record of driving people development initiatives and improving HR processes in a structured, hands-on way, Comfortable handling complex or sensitive people topics with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment, Combine analytical and strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, Communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and can work effectively across different cultures and stakeholder groups, Fluent in English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

Ideally in an international and fast-paced environment, Other European languages are a plus

What You'll Do.

Act as the main P&O partner for Team Leads and senior stakeholders across your assigned business areas

advising on people strategy

leadership effectiveness

and organizational needs

Support leaders across the full employee lifecycle

from onboarding and development to performance management

in close collaboration with People Operations

Drive core people development processes such as performance cycles

and learning initiatives

helping managers raise the bar on performance and potential

Coach and challenge leaders on complex or sensitive people topics

including team effectiveness

and individual development plans

Own and contribute to P&O initiatives that improve how we work

and support our teams

with a focus on practical

business-driven solutions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with regional and global P&O teams, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations to ensure a consistent, scalable, and high-quality people experience
