Then come join our team as a People and Culture Intern! The People and Culture (PC) Intern will leave a long-lasting mark on our team and across the company by supporting critical People Analytics research and automation. In this part-time (15-30 hours/week) role, you’ll develop an entirely new onboarding survey for our new hires. This survey structure will be used to assess onboarding processes and the new hire experience at Energy Solutions. Developing this survey means collaborating with multiple teams across different departments, including our IT team, Marketing team, and PC’s own Learning and Development (L anything that you wrote—whether for a class, a job, or for personal reasons—and are proud of will probably suffice. Focus on a topic important to you. The topic does not have to be related to the Internship you are applying for, but if it is, all the better.
