What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, Experience supporting an hourly population, understanding of HR best practices, understanding of provincial health and safety legislation, understanding of employment legislation, understanding of human rights legislation, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, Excellent facilitation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent coaching skills, Excellent conflict resolution skills, demonstrated experience in leading complex workplace investigations, Strategic thinking abilities, Problem-solving abilities, Sound judgment, consistently adhere to fair, ethical conduct, Team player, prioritization skills, time management skills, organization skills, Ability to work within a quickly changing, high pressure environment, Ability to work with a great deal of ambiguity, Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, Commitment to maintaining integrity in handling sensitive HR information, Experienced in Google Suite, Experienced in HR tools
