Turn people data into business insight — shaping workforce decisions, enabling leaders, and building the analytics capability that powers Flora Food Group globally. Position: People Analytics Manager Location: Bengaluru, India, Hybrid About the position As People Analytics Manager, you will own Flora Food Group's global people analytics, reporting, and insight capability. Reporting to the HR Information Technology Lead, this is a highly visible role operating across the global People & Organisation function. You will be responsible for ensuring our people data is trusted, accessible, secure, and transformed into meaningful insight that supports workforce planning, talent decisions, organisational effectiveness, and business performance. You will partner closely with HRIT, People & Organisation leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Digital, and Data teams to deliver world-class analytics products and dashboards. Beyond reporting, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them understand the story behind the data and enabling better decision-making. This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder management, data governance, and leadership. You will oversee external development resources, drive continuous improvement, and play a critical role in shaping the future of people analytics across Flora Food Group. Key responsibilities include: People Analytics & Insights Own the delivery of global people analytics, reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis. Develop meaningful insights that support workforce planning, talent, performance, engagement, diversity, and organisational effectiveness. Present trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and actionable way. Translate complex data into business-focused narratives that support decision-making.
