Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields, Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in roles related to People Analytics, Workforce Planning, ESG Reporting, or People Controlling
Nice to Have
Previous experience of 2–3 years in Big Five consulting firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, or similar) will be highly valued, especially in transformation, sustainability, regulatory reporting, or people analytics projects, Experience in global projects and multinational environments is a plus
