What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Business Analytics or related field, 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or advanced reporting role, Advanced proficiency with BI tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, including designing, building and publishing complex dashboards, experience working with large datasets in data warehouses or data lake environments (e.g., Databricks), Experience with statistical analysis techniques, such as regression modeling, and applying them to real business problems, Experience with programming languages, such as R and Python, for statistical modeling, and SQL for complex queries, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations, Experience partnering with leadership-level stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable insights, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely
Nice to Have
Experience applying analytics skills within Human Resources, People Analytics, or workforce-related domains, or in similar domains involving human behavior, organizational outcomes, or operational decision making, Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs (e.g., attrition, hiring, mobility, workforce planning) is a plus, but not required
