What You'll Do.

Support employee onboarding activities

Support employee offboarding activities

Prepare onboarding documents

Coordinate onboarding orientation

Update employee records

Maintain HR databases

Update employee information

Maintain personnel files

Assist with employment documentation

Prepare employment letters

Prepare employment forms

Prepare employment confirmations

Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives

Assist in organizing company events

Assist in organizing townhalls

Assist in organizing celebrations

Assist in organizing wellness activities

Assist in organizing internal campaigns

Coordinate event logistics

Collect employee feedback

Support internal communication activities

Support employee announcements

Assist in employee benefits administration

Assist with insurance enrollment

Handle office administration tasks

Manage office supplies

Track office inventory

Coordinate office vendors

Assist with HR projects

Assist with process improvement initiatives

Respond to basic employee inquiries
