Must Have

Proven experience in a generalist HR role, Working knowledge of employment laws and practices relevant to a specific country or region, Ability to apply employment laws and practices confidently in day to day advisory work, Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers on employee relations, performance management, attendance, disciplinary and grievance matters, Managing cases through to resolution in a professional and timely manner, Analytical and problem solving skills, Experience using HR systems and management information to identify trends, assess risk and support continuous improvement initiatives, Excellent communication and relationship building skills, Ability to operate effectively across a matrix organisation, Maintain confidentiality, Demonstrate integrity in all interactions, Excellent English, written and spoken (C1)

Work closely with people leaders

Provide and implement HR support

support and coach managers and employees

Support HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise

Focus on individual and collective employee relations

Coach managers to build trust based relationships

Manage employee relations matters effectively

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
