“People Advisor at Ebury. Skills: Operational Support, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Payroll & Benefits, Data & Reporting. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and day-to-day HR queries. Own the full employee lifecycle administration—from approving contracts and onboarding new joiners to processing leavers and maintaining our HRIS with 100% accuracy”

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience in an HR administrative or entry-level advisory role, An understanding of Spanish employment law, CIPD Level 3 or 5 (completed or currently studying) or a degree in HRusiness, Aim to ‘get it right the first time’, Enjoy creating order out of chaos, High level of discretion, Professional and warm written communication, Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, Proficiency in written and spoken English, Native-level Spanish

Ambition to grow into a People Partner role specifically supporting our Spanish operations as they evolve, Curiosity, Sense of humour, ‘Roll up your sleeves’ attitude

What You'll Do.

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers

providing clear guidance on policies

and day-to-day HR queries

Own the full employee lifecycle administration—from approving contracts and onboarding new joiners to processing leavers and maintaining our HRIS with 100% accuracy

Support the People Partners in managing ER cases

Handle the documentation

take minutes in meetings

and help resolve lower-level queries while learning the nuances of employment law

Work closely with the local country leaders and the payroll department to ensure our people are paid accurately and on time

Be the 'go-to' for payroll and benefits queries

Maintain our HR metrics

Generate reports on turnover

helping us spot trends before they become issues
