Must Have

Experience in an HR administrative or entry-level advisory role, An understanding of Spanish employment law, CIPD Level 3 or 5 (completed or currently studying) or a degree in HRusiness, Aim to ‘get it right the first time’, Enjoy creating order out of chaos, High level of discretion, Professional and warm written communication, Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, Proficiency in written and spoken English, Native-level Spanish

What You'll Do.

This is a foundational HR role with a focus on operational excellence and administrative precision. We are looking for someone with the ambition to grow into a People Partner role specifically supporting our Spanish operations as they evolve.
