What You'll Do.
Provide advice on HR matters
Resolve employee issues and grievances
Manage employee files
Prepare HR correspondence and documents
Maintain employee records
Assist with induction and offboarding processes
Facilitate inductions and exit interviews
Assist with local Learning and Development activities
Administer workers compensation claims
Support HR policy implementation
