What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master or experience in cybersecurity or IT, 3+ years of professional experience in penetration testing, Skills in writing pentest reports, Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 (XSS, XXE, SQL Injection, deserialization attacks, file inclusion/path traversal attacks, Server-side Request Forgery, CSRF, etc.), Technical skills in vulnerability assessment, source code audit, web technologies, databases, privilege escalation (Linux & Windows), network protocols, radio, industrial systems, mobile systems, Advanced English level
Nice to Have
Offensive security certification (GPEN, GXPN, OSCP, OSCE, SANS, OSCP, etc.), Ability to mentor others in requirements gathering, design, planning, and estimation
What You'll Do.
Perform penetration tests on networks
Reporting and delivery of results to clients
Development of specific tools adapted to mission needs
Perform technical security assessments of IT infrastructures and applications
Identify vulnerabilities
and exploitation level
Provide recommendations to improve client security
Present results to various organizational levels
Contribute to the improvement of offensive security team tooling and processes
Conduct technological watch
Participate in the operational management of the team
