The purpose of the**Pensions Specialist (m/f/d)** role is to support the administration of Haleon’s Pension Plans globally with a strong focus on Germany. The role focuses on ensuring accurate processing, efficient operations and effective co-ordination with internal stakeholders and external providers. You will work in close partnership with the Haleon Pension Managers and other members of broader Reward team. **This role is based in Munich, Germany.** **Key responsibilities** * Support the administration of Haleon pension plans globally, with a particular focus on the German pension plans. * Coordinate with external pension providers and consultants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Ensure data integrity across systems (providers, Workday, Payroll etc). * Assist with audits, regulatory filings, and internal controls related to pension plans. * Help to maintain a global repository of
