Compensation is provided on a per-case commission basis. ** This fully remote DVM role focuses on the review, interpretation, and reporting of PennHIP radiographs to support the evaluation of canine hip quality and joint health. Responsibilities include assessing radiographic image quality and positioning, interpreting hip imaging studies for evidence of hip laxity and degenerative joint disease, calculating distraction index measurements, and validating AI-assisted measurements for clinical accuracy. The position also involves preparing detailed diagnostic imaging reports, evaluating veterinarian proficiency submissions, and maintaining accurate breed registry and database records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluate PennHIP radiographs for adequate quality and proper positioning. Training covering specific PennHIP set-up and scoring details will be provided virtually. * Perform routine interpretation of radiographs (hip- extended, compression, and distraction views) for clinical assessment of hip quality, including assessment of coxofemoral degenerative joint disease (DJD). * Analyze and coordinate hand-ca
