Must be 18+, Fluent in Spanish is necessary, Ability to work Full- time (Mon-Fri and periodic Saturdays once a quarter), Successful completion of Live Scan/fingerprinting (upon hire), Interest in youth development and community empowerment, Willingness to learn and take initiative, Ability to collaborate on a team and communicate clearly, sense of responsibility and time management, Basic familiarity with Google Suite (or willingness to learn), Afternoons & Evening and 1 day during the weekend availability, Reliable and clear Schedule

Help prepare workshop materials (slides
Attend and co-facilitate youth workshops guiding youth staff
Create intentional curriculum based on program deliverables and needs
Participate in workshop debrief sessions to help assess participant needs
understand group dynamics
and continuously improve workshop services
Learn and help maintain curriculum folders and drive organization
Assist with community outreach
social media promotion
Represent CHALK and BACR with professionalism and care
Attend training sessions
Participate in leadership development and skill-building opportunities
