Who we’re looking for: The Peer Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and recovery‑oriented clinic environment. This role combines front desk operations, peer support, and administrative responsibilities to support smooth daily clinic functioning. Please note, this position is in-person Monday through Friday at our Philadelphia, PA office. The compensation range is $22-25/hr, this salary range reflects total compensation but it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. What you’ll be doing: Facility management including opening the office, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and reporting maintenance needs. Maintain and document compliance logs in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
