Eliot’s Respite program assists clients with obtaining and maintaining community living. As a Respite Peer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and individualized support to consumers in the recovery process. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on mental health recovery with an interpersonal skill set that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both the people we serve and with Respite Team Members. Responsibilities: Assist consumers with being able to identify personal methods of recovery from mental illness and to develop self management plans to address their experiences. Participate in the development of Individualized Action Plans (IAPs) and assist consumers with developing a self-management plan.
