Must Have

Valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days, Colorado driver's license within 30 days, Lived experience including recovery activity, Demonstrates understanding of confidentiality protocols, Adheres to privacy laws/organizational policies, Recognizes professional boundaries, Maintains ethical standards

Nice to Have

Accredited Peer Specialist training program, Bi-lingual English-Spanish, ASL, Prior peer mentoring experience, Prior/ongoing recovery activity

What You'll Do.

Provide mentorship and support to clients

Build skills in goal setting

Build skills in problem solving

Facilitate counseling for clients

Facilitate activities for clients

Promote connection and agency

Help clients coordinate services

Help clients navigate services

Transport clients to appointments

Escort clients to appointments

Collaborate with staff to foster relationships

Ensure services are timely

Ensure services align to goals

Conduct ongoing client outreach

Monitor recovery needs

Ensure timely recording of services

Ensure accurate recording of services

Maintain up-to-date charts
