Schedule: 4x10 7:00am-6:00pm EST or 8:00am-7:00pm EST 7:00am -6:00pm PST or 8:00am-7:00pm PST Job Summary: As a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (Internal title: Behavioral Health Care Specialist) at Workit Health, you will be responsible for providing group-based intervention and case management to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Primary focus is on group-based treatment, including co-facilitation of shared follow-up appointments (SFA's). BHCS are full-time employees that work primarily remote and can provide all services via telehealth platforms. Schedule is full-time, including four 10hr shifts. Additionally BHCS offer evening groups (at least twice a week) and a weekend group (up to twice a month).
