Must Have
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Proven work experience as a Speech Pathologist or similar role, Relevant training and/or certifications as a Speech Pathologist
Nice to Have
Experience with certain conditions or working with specific age groups may be preferred

conducting screenings
evaluating patient conditions
crafting tailored treatment plans
enhancing vital speech skills
work closely with patients
developing personalized strategies
delivering high-quality interventions
support each family and client with excellence
guiding them towards meaningful social transformation
Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes
including disabilities and traumatic events
Keep detailed records relating to patient conditions
Report progress and current status to appropriate parties
which may include family members
or medical professionals
Provide direct services in home and clinic setting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team within Patterns Behavioral Services (direct staff, OT, BCBA, etc. ); Work closely with families to support generalization of skills learned within speech sessions
Communication Scope
Excellent coaching, verbal and written communication skills
