3+ years experience in pediatric primary care, Current unrestricted multi-state RN license, BSN prepared
Nice to Have
2+ years outpatient pediatric care experience, 1+ years virtual pediatric triage experience, Certification as CLC, Certification as IBCLC, Certification as Sleep Consultant
What You'll Do.
Provide patient-centered clinical care
Facilitate patient-centered clinical care
Assess urgent pediatric concerns
Conduct triages via chat/SMS
Conduct triages via telephone
Conduct triages via video visits
Follow evidence-based clinical protocols
Assess pediatric patients
Triage pediatric patients
Conduct clinical assessment of pediatric patients
Conduct psychosocial assessment of pediatric patients
Provide reassurance to patients
Build rapport with patients
Identify barriers to care
Address barriers to care
Engage with patients frequently
Assess need for equipment
Educate patients on equipment
Monitor infants' health remotely
Respond to abnormal diagnostic results
Document all care/interactions
Escalate to multidisciplinary teams
