Must Have
BSN prepared, 3+ years experience in outpatient pediatric primary care practice, 3+ years experience in pediatric urgent care, 3+ years experience in pediatric emergency room, Experience providing virtual pediatric triage care, Experience providing phone pediatric triage care, Experience providing in-person pediatric triage care, Current unrestricted multi-state (compact) license
Nice to Have
2+ years outpatient pediatric care experience, 1+ years virtual pediatric triage experience, 1+ years phone pediatric triage experience, Certification as a CLC, Certification as an IBCLC, Certification as a Sleep Consultant
What You'll Do.
Provide patient-centered clinical care
Facilitate patient-centered clinical care
Assess urgent pediatric concerns
Proactively triage patients
Support utilization of Pomelo Care
Support utilization of emergency services
Conduct triage via chat/SMS
Conduct triage via telephone
Conduct triage via video visits
Follow evidence-based clinical protocols
Assess pediatric patients
Triage pediatric patients
Conduct ongoing clinical assessment
Conduct ongoing psychosocial assessment
Provide reassurance to patients
Build rapport with patients
Identify barriers to care
Address barriers to care
Engage with patients frequently
Assess need for remote monitoring equipment
Educate patients on remote monitoring equipment
Monitor infant health remotely
Surveil diagnostic results
Respond to abnormal diagnostic results
Document all care/interactions
