### Pediatric Registered Dental Hygienist Cottage Dental – Fullerton, CA Full-Time Pay: $55 - $65 ### About the Role Cottage Dental is seeking a a friendly, patient-focused Pediatric Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working with children and families while creating a positive, educational, and supportive patient experience. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable helping children feel safe and confident during their dental visits. ### Responsibilities * Perform pediatric prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, sealants, and periodontal maintenance as appropriate * Take diagnostic radiographs * Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care * Help create a calm and positive experience for pediatric patients * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting * Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols * Collaborate with doctors and team members to support efficient patient flow ### **Requirements** * Active Registered Dental Hygienist license * Strong communication and patient education skills * Comfortable working with children and families * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred * Laser certification preferred, but not required **Benefits** Eligible employees may receive: * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Paid Holidays * PTO * Continuing education support * Malpractice coverage Benefits eligibility and waiting periods apply based on plan requirements and hours worked. #IH #DentalPost
