Current state license in OT, NBCOT: National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, CPRLS Certification, Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, At least 2-3 years of experience working as an OT with pediatric population, Valid driver's license and auto insurance, Ability and experience working independently, using critical thinking skills and processes to arrive at objective, strategic, results-oriented decisions within the context of patient care and department, division and organizational priorities

What You'll Do.

Independently evaluate the functional ability of patients through the administration

interpretation of standardized tests

and patient/family interview

Create individualized treatment and educational plans and provide patient/family counseling and training

Consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies

Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate

Maintain patient records

and appropriate billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of care

Develops and implements innovative and specific treatment plans to maximize the patient's functional potential or return to previous level of functioning

based on clinical findings

Facilitate functional and stimulating experiences to target and achieve individualized goals

Contribute to program development

and caregivers on home programs that complement treatment

Timely documentation of client progress and complete billing logs ethically and accurately for occupational therapy services provided
