Full Job Description

Sales is a skill. And like any skill, it grows faster when you're working with the right clients, the right team, and real stakes. At MyOutDesk, you won't be running scripts for a rotating campaign. You'll work directly with a U.S.-based client, representing their brand, learning their market, and building the kind of sales experience that actually moves your career forward. Since 2008, we've placed highly-skilled professionals with over 8,500 clients across real estate, healthcare, legal, and finance. Many of our team members have been with the same client for 2, 3, even 5+ years. This isn't a campaign — it's a career. **What You'll Do** * Conduct outbound calls to engage and qualify prospects on behalf of your U.S. client * Handle objections with composure and move conversations toward clear next steps * Set high-quality appointments and maintain a clean, well-documented sales pipeline * Build product and process knowledge to represent your client's brand with confidence * Collaborate with your client's team to refine your approach and improve conversion **Requirements** * **Experience:** 3+ years of verifiable experience in **sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting with exposure to U.S.-based clients or teams** * **English Fluency:** Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) suitable for U.S. corporate communication. * **Phone Confidence:** Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with resilience and composure. * **Stable work history:** no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft 365 * **Location:** Must be able to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima. **Benefits** * **Competitive Compensation:** Monthly salary up to S/ 2,800 based on experience tier. * **Full Benefits:** Employment contract from day one, including all legal benefits and private health insurance (RIMAC EPS). * **US-Based Exposure:** Direct experience working with a high-performing team within the U.S. re
