Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ## **Responsibilities:** * Manage and support PDS internal audit program, identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement. * Assess bidding compliance to support the Audit Control Plan. Utilize information from trackers to ensure adherence to bidding policies and thresholds. * Evaluate quality of invoice and proposal data entered on trackers through PDS contract and financial compliance dashboard. Report findings to client on a monthly basis. * Support Regional PDS Teams through monthly compliance checks and follow-ups. * Monitor and respond to process changes that impact business rules driving the Client GSA and supporting dashboards. * Monitor, track, and report on PDS tool adoption through testing and audit * Work with Business Intelligence team to execute change requests for process changes and improvements. * Partner with PDS COE on testing and improvement of quality controls ## **Skills and knowledge:** * Knowledge of project management and audit methodology * Strong leadership and relationship building skills * Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data * Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability * Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills * Ability to communicate at all levels of the org * Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service ## **PREFERRED** * Bachelor's Degree in a related field * Advanced degree a plus **Years of r
