What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED equivalent, Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types ranging from office space to manufacturing facilities, understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials, Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations, Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes, Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessments, Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment, Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Project Management Applications, Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline), LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, AIA (American Institute of Architects) professional membership or credentials, PE (Professional Engineer) license, PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
