Must Have
solid foundation in the principles of adult learning and development, curiosity and demonstrated experience with AI tools like JLL GPT and Claude, proficient in leveraging technology for efficiency, experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Certinia, Ingenious, MS Products, and various LMS systems, JLL Core Behaviors in Action: Teamwork, Ethics, Excellence, authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Experience with learning design tools like Adobe or Pendo is a significant plus
