This role will elevate our project management and construction services to industry-leading safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement comprehensive safety management strategy across PDS Japan operations * Lead HSE team development and participate in global/regional HSE meetings and reporting * Execute site safety audits (SEV) and global project audits (JCAP) with detailed reporting * Manage incident reporting systems and ensure compliance with safety data management protocols * Design and deliver HSE training programs, safety conferences, and educational materials • Maintain regulatory compliance including Construction Business Law and Industrial Safety and Health Law * Support HSE content development for RFPs and business proposals * Provide guidance to on-site safety management personnel across construction projects • Drive operational efficiency through enhanced data analysis and reporting capabilities **Required Qualifications** * 10+ years safety management experience in construction/project management (5+ years management experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of Japane
