Troubleshoots wafer fabrication issues and performs **root cause analysis**. Works closely with other process modules to understand, monitor, and control **process deviations**. Long‑term investigation of defect issues may require extensive collaboration with **shift engineers** and other functional teams. Evaluates products to ensure they meet **design and performance specifications**.
