This role blends engineering, process control, and quality assurance to keep cleanrooms within strict contamination limits while keeping downtime and operating costs low. **Role and Responsibilities** _**Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:**_ **_Core Responsibilities_** Operation & Optimization * Monitor scrubber performance metrics such as flow, pressure, and particle counts. * Lead Kaizen and poka‑yoke activities to mitigate contamination trends. * Draft, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Compile monthly KPI dashboards and validate SOP consistency. Maintenance & Reliability * Assist with development preventive‑maintenance (PM) schedules for all scrubber components. * Troubleshoot equipment failures using root‑cause analysis (5‑Why, Pareto, fishbone). * Coordinate spare‑part logistics and inventory for critical items. * Maintain detailed PM logs and corrective‑action records. Quality Assurance & Compliance * Ensure scrubber operation meets site regulations and quality expectations. * Keep audit‑ready records that demonstrate traceability for inspections. * Produce QA audit findings and corrective‑action plans. Stakeholder Collaboration * Act as the technical liaison among fab engineers, maintenance staff, and suppliers. * Lead cross‑functional project teams for equipment upgrades or replacements. * Document project charters, meeting minutes, and deliverables. Budgeting & Cost Control * Build cost models for cap
