An ideal candidate is hands‑on, has a technical mindset, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, improving all equipment, processes, and systems used in UV wafer manufacturing. The technician will partner with Engineers, Production, and Quality to execute preventative maintenance (PM), change‑point management (CPM), failure analysis, and process rework while remaining compliant with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols. This role requires a blend of deep technical skill, analytical thinking, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. **Role and Responsibilities** ** _Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:_** ### **_Core Responsibilities_** * **Preventative & Corrective Maintenance** * Execute PM & CPM routines per SOPs. * Identify and implement improvement projects to shorten MTBF & increase uptime. * Select and approve replacement parts, submit vendor invoices. * **Troubleshooting & Root‑Cause Analysi**s * Conduct failure analysis using scripting and data tools. * Anticipate potential failures and propose pre‑emptive solutions. * Document findings in maintenance & quality systems. * **Process & Equipment Monitoring** * Monitor equipment/process performance, flag deviations, and propose inline adjustments. * Use sophisticated analytics to evaluate operating data for continuous improvement. * **Collaboration & Communication** * Work with Engineering and Production to support system set‑up and calibration. * Serve as liaison between Engineering and Operations on maintenance scheduling. * **Project & Change Management** * Identify new ass
