Good understanding of HPE Greenlake for Private Cloud Business Edition, HPE Greenlake platform, Data Service Cloud Console, Alletra MP B10000 Block storage configuration and troubleshooting, HPE Proliant servers breakfix knowledge, Aruba and M-series switches Configuration and Breakfix, Excellent knowledge on below platform components, VMware (vCenter, ESXi), Morpheus software, Morpheus Virtual Machines, Single Sign-on and IAM, Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Storage and CSI, Good knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two various Linux distributions like Ubuntu, RHEL, SLES, and Debian, Familiarity with clustering technologies (e. g. , Pacemaker) and VMware migration tools, NFS storage configuration and troubleshooting, Networking concepts (TCP/IP), Advanced knowledge of microservices and API, Networking troubleshooting skills including IPv4, load balancers, and proxies, Working knowledge of on-premises hypervisor technologies like VMware vSphere, OpenStack, or KVM, Knowledge and experience with Linux System Administration, package management, scheduling, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance optimization, and networking concepts, IPV4, IPV6 + SLAAC

Manage technical communication with customers and stakeholders
Provide leadership in complex technical problem management
Identify and resolve customer issues
Provide technical support for Morpheus virtualization software
Troubleshoot and optimize PCBE and infrastructure
Manage escalation and elevation
