Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related engineering field or equivalent combination of education and work experience, 0-2 years of related work experience, Ability to analyze complex electrical schematics and PCBs, Familiarity with common electronic components and IC packages, Ability to work in a diverse business environment, Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment, Ability to leverage and engage others to accomplish projects, verbal and written communication with ability to effectively communicate in the organization, Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance on-site
Nice to Have
Experience with Altium Designer and/or other ECAD tools, Familiarity with IPC-6011, IPC-6012, and other related IPC standards for PCBs, Understanding of PCB fabrication, limitations, and best practices, Experience using Microsoft Office, Familiarity with PLM systems such as Windchill
